2 lbs lean ground beef
1 large egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs- plain or Italian
2 Tbsp instant minced onion
2 Tbsp dried parsley
1 Tbsp garlic powder

Homemade Taco Seasoning

I’ve tried a few homemade taco seasonings and I have never really liked any of them. I would always revert back to using the packets, but those have such a high salt content and the entire family is thirsty for the remainder of the evening after having tacos.
I came across a taco […]

Easy Teriyaki Chicken

Jami gave me this recipe a few months ago and it’s turned out to be one of our family favorites. It’s quick to make and fairly healthy, just watch how much cheese you add!
Marinate chicken breasts in teriyaki sauce.
Grill chicken.
When almost done, sprinkle with a little cheese, chopped tomato and green onion.

Western Omelet Crockpot Casserole

Of course this is not healthy, but it was super easy and we had almost everything on hand.
It was my first time to make this and the kids groaned when they heard it was a new recipe!
Everyone in the family ended up liking it.
I reduced the cooking time to about 3 hours on low and […]
