Quick and Easy Chicken with Rice

4-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 cups of rice
5 cups of water
seasonings to taste - seasoning salt, pepper, garlic powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can of milk
