Meal Plan Monday

Monday: Christine’s best chicken ever - has become a FAVORITE in our house!

Tuesday: crockpot scalloped potatoes and ham - we don’t typically eat a lot of ham, but I really needed a new crockpot dish to try. I think this one will be a hit!
green beans
fruit salad

Wednesday: fish tacos
kids will have mac & cheese

Thursday: bbq ribs in the crockpot and crockpot creamy potatoes (glad I have two crockpots)
I’ll have a raw veggie/dip tray on the table, as well.

Friday: burgers - my husband grills an awesome burger and recently started giving them “cheese skirts” - got the idea from Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives….and yes, I love Guy Fieri!

Saturday: breakfast for dinner

Sunday: grilled chicken ceasar salad

  1. How awesome that you are doing the Cheese Skirts! Those definately looked delicious. I do my own version where I use the crunchy cheese as my “bread” to keep the meals low-carb.

    No matter what - it is a delicious way to enjoy the cheese.
