Yummy Santa Craft for Kids

I found this adorable craft and wanted to make it as a little treat for the girls in both the brownie and daisy troops.  I wasn’t as impressed with my work, so opted to let the girls do this as an activity.  They loved it!

First, we put icing on a graham cracker.  I mixed white and pink icing, so it wasn’t too bright.

Then we put some red sugar on the top corner to make a hat.  You could also use red icing or even cut a piece out of a fruit roll up for the hat.  We used mini hershey chocolates for the eyes, but mini m&ms would’ve been perfect.  I wanted to use red gumdrops for the nose, but I could only find big ones, so we used red hots.

The final step is to add marshmallows for his beard and one for the top of his hat.

Personally, I’m not quite sure how all of those flavors mixed together tasted that great, but the girls devoured  them!  Watching the fun they had while making these made my day!
