Chicken Crunch

This is another good pantry meal.  I normally have everything on hand to make it!  Which is so nice because I can’t seem to get this menu planning business down!  But that’s another story…

2 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up into bit sized pieces

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1Tbsp minced garlic  (I think everything is better with some garlic added)

1 can condensed cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 to 1/2 cup butter

30-40 buttery round crackers

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray 9×13 baking pan.  Place chicken in pan.  Sprinkle with seasonings.  Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken.  Dot with butter.  Crumble crackers finely and sprinkle over top.  Bake for 30 minutes.
