With our busy days, making recipes that are freezer friendly are appealing to me. However, I have never made a meal to freeze and reheat ahead of time.

We’re participating in Freezer Food Friday and though we didn’t post a meal, we did list Christine’s yummy recipe for her Applesauce Muffins, as they freeze well.

Go post your favorite freezer recipe so we can all start making meals ahead of time, which will free up some much-needed weeknight time.
