Easiest Ever Baked Meatballs
My husband loves these Meatballs. He eats them right off the cookie sheet. These freeze really well, so I normally make a double batch and hide half of them before he gets home!
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 large egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs- plain or Italian
2 Tbsp instant minced onion
2 Tbsp dried parsley
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning- a little less if using seasoned bread crumbs
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line a jelly roll pan or cookie sheet with foil. This makes clean up easy. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls. Using either a heaping tablespoon or small ice cream scoop. Place 1/4 inch apart on lined pan. Bake 12-15 minutes until browned and no longer pink in the centers.
Serve with spaghetti or right off the cookie sheet!! Enjoy!

I bake meatballs, too. Much faster to get them all cooked up. BUT I haven’t used foil. GREAT idea! I will be using that tip for my next ground beef session. Thanks for sharing!
