Slow Cooking Thursday
Crock pot dinners are the best bet for a healthy dinner on busy days. I’ve incorporated Christine’s Amazing Crock Pot Pork Tenderloin into one of our regular meals. I absolutely love the simplicity of this recipe and it’s one our entire family enjoys. Check out some other great slow cooker recipes at Diary of a Stay at Home Mom.
1 two pound pork tenderloin- unseasoned
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 cup beef broth
3-4 Tbsp- that’s right Tablespoons! of minced garlic
1-2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Place pork in Crock Pot. Pour broth and Worcestershire sauce over meat. Carefully spread garlic over meat, leaving as much as possible on the top. Cook on low for 4 hours. Can use the cooking liquid as an au jus. I poured a little over the sliced meat when I served it. Enjoy!!
