Pile of Patches

Time always gets away from me. I’m not sure how the “super moms” do it all. I’m just trying to keep up these days….and this is what I get for not sewing these on as Madison earned her patches. A stack of 12 fun patches to sew on the back of her vest! So, that’s going to be my Tackle It Tuesday goal! Let’s see if I get this accomplished!

I liked when the patches were iron on instead! Those patches can be hard to get a needle through!

I’m always the Cub Scout mom that sews everything on a few hours before the end of the year ceremony - it’s not pretty!

Good luck with that great tackle! Scouting is such a great things for kids and those patches are the fruits of their learning:-)

I used to be a CampFire girl when I was a kid… and I still have emblems that never got sewn on, lol. Good idea for a tackle.

I’m the patch sewer among my friends - everyone brings over those patches - baseball, volleyball, soccer, cub scouts, girl scouts - I sew them all! Makes for tedious work, but since I’m already sewing a bunch on for my gang, I might as well sew a few more!

At least you can sew. I’m the mom who duct tapes and super glues everything!

haha! This reminded me, my mom would staple mine on!!

Well, in a pinch, I’ve been known to staple them on, too!
