Best Chicken Ever
I found a great chicken recipe at www.allrecipes.com. It’s called Best Chicken Ever and I have to say it was very good!
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups sour cream
1 package Ranch Dressing mix
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
6 Tbsp butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350. Rinse and trim chicken. Pat dry. Generously coat both sides of chicken with sour cream. Chill in fridge for 30 minutes. Combine cornflakes and seasonings in small bowl. Dip sour cream coated chicken into cornflakes mixture. Place in lightly greased 9×13 pan. Drizzle with melted butter and bake for 50 minutes or until chicken is done.
When I made this, I only used two large chicken breasts, so I adjusted the sour cream amount. Also I just eye-balled the cornflakes and seasonings amounts. And I didn’t have quite enough crushed cornflakes so I added some bread crumbs.

We made this recipe last week and it’s now one of the kid’s favorite new recipes! Andy and I thought it was good, too!
