Meal Plan Monday - August 4
This week, I’m going to start counting points for Weight Watchers and will be making the zero point vegetable soup that I hear is a key to successful weight loss with WW. I’ve discovered there’s quite a few variations of the soup online, but this is the one I’m going to try.

spinach / strawberry salad - We’re trying a different recipe this week. I had to modify the dressing last week, as the recipe I linked to didn’t turn out that great.
