Meal Plan Monday
Again, I find myself figuring out dinner late in the day. The whole purpose is to create these meal plans ahead of time to save me from this chaotic whirlwind going on in my head. It’s dinnertime and I have no clue what we’re going to eat.
So, very quickly, I’m going to go peek in my fridge, freezer and pantry and will figure out what we have on hand. I’ll get that going and while it’s cooking, I’ll plan the remaining meals for the week.
