Unshished Kabobs

1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
1 T. rice vinegar
1/2 T. sesame oil
1 lb. sirloin steak (cut in strips)
1 T. vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups green and/or red peppers (cut in strips)
1 onion, chopped
1 c. mushrooms, quartered

In a large, zipper-topped plastic bag, place the teriyaki, rice vinegar and sesame oil. Add the beef and mush around. Place bag in the fridge while you prepare the veggies and side dishes.

In a skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the veggies all together until tender. Remove the veggies and keep them warm.

Now drain the beef and add the beef to the skillet, cooking to your desired doneness. Add the veggies back in and cook until it’s warm and then serve.
