Meal Plan Monday June 16

I’m looking forward to trying a few new recipes this week that offer some extra nutrients, but hopefully will not be snubbed by the kiddos…or DH for that matter!

Monday 6/16
grilled chicken salad

Tuesday 6/17
beef stew served over rice

Wednesday 6/18
chicken & rice balls (sounds odd, we’ll see how they turn out)
***update: They turned out okay, but we weren’t overly impressed. Probably won’t make these again.
mozzarella sticks
deviled eggs

Thursday 6/19
chicken nuggets
buttered noodles
fruit salad

Friday 6/20
pan-fried pork chops
mashed potatoes
green beans

Saturday 6/21
burgers
potato salad
baked beans

Sunday 6/22
left overs or sandwiches
