Dryer Sheets

I am completely addicted to these things! I put them in every closet in the house, also under our beds, and in with the towels and sheets. You can put them under the seats of your car too. They make everything smell so clean and fresh. You have to change them out every couple of weeks, but it is worth it. I also put them under the dog’s bed. Every little bit helps. :)

    Dryer sheets are actually very bad for you and the environment.

    Health effects from being exposed to the chemicals in fabric softeners include:

    Central nervous system disorders
    Headaches
    Nausea
    Vomiting
    Dizziness
    Blood pressure reduction
    Irritation to skin, mucus membranes and respiratory tract
    Pancreatic cancer

    I didnt know that they were bad for you, but the one thing that I do with mine is when I sell things on ebay or my crafts, I put one in the box that I ship so that when you open the box it has a wonderful smell instead of cardboard.
