Two Week Checkpoint

I’ll admit I haven’t put my whole heart into this bootcamp and the food plans, but I’ve given it a decent shot. I’ve lost five pounds, 1.2% body fat and 3 inches. My goal for the next two weeks will be to increase my cardio activity in addition to the bootcamp classes and decrease both my portions and fat intake.
