Crockpot Brisket

Last night I made probably the easiest dish ever, Crock pot Brisket! 

3-4pound brisket

2-3Tbsp Honey Dijon Mustard

1 package dried onion soup

Place brisket in crock pot with the fat side up.  Spread mustard over meat and sprinkle with onion soup.  Cook on low for 9-10 hours.  That’s it!  It has excellent flavor and is very moist.  Enjoy!
