Amazing Crock Pot Pork Tenderloin
May 13th, 2008 • Related • Filed Under
Okay I’ve found a rival for the crock pot brisket. It’s a pork tenderloin cooked in the crock pot. It’s just as easy as the brisket and equally as good.
1 2pound pork tenderloin- unseasoned
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 cup beef broth
3-4 Tbsp- that’s right Tablespoons! of minced garlic
1-2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Place pork in Crock Pot. Pour broth and Worcestershire sauce over meat. Carefully spread garlic over meat, leaving as much as possible on the top. Cook on low for 4 hours. Can use the cooking liquid as an au jus. I poured a little over the sliced meat when I served it. Enjoy!!
