Quick and Easy Chicken with Rice

4-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix

2 cups of rice

5 cups of water

seasonings to taste - seasoning salt, pepper, garlic powder

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 can of milk

Rinse chicken and place in a large glass baking dish.  Mix the remaining ingredients together and sprinkle with seasonings.  Cover the chicken dish and bake at 375 for 45 minutes.  Uncover and bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes, or until done.  When the pan is uncovered, stir the mixture - if it looks dry, just add a little water.
