Meal Plan Monday - April 14

In my quest to be more organized, I believe one of the first steps is to have a weekly meal plan. I’ll be able to answer the kids or DH when asking “what’s for dinner” and will hopefully not have to make any extra stops at the store during the week. I discovered the site www.orgjunkie.com, which inspired me to get back on track with weekly menu planning.
