Gift for Granny

Grand parents seem to have everything and I am always at a loss to know what to give on those special dates throughout the year. This year, all of the cousins got together to combine our efforts to give our Granny the perfect gift. A love treasure box. I found a super cute treasure box at Hobby Lobby and we each found some pretty paper to write on. We wrote down memories of times we’ve spent with her and our special thoughts of her. Anything we could think of that would make her feel special and we made enough so that she could open one every week for an entire year. If you were feeling ambitious, you could do a “thought of the day” instead. We also sent her a digital frame with pictures of all of the family members, but she found the treasure box to be so special and I think she’s told everyone she knows about it. She’s also thanked us many times for being such thoughtful grandchildren!

    I LOVE IT!! I have seen those boxes at Hobby Lobby and that is such a great use for it!!
